CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Neck & Back Pain
We encourage patients who are suffering from neck and back pain to seek treatment immediately. Dr. Stone takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Dr. Stone will evaluate your spine as a whole before deciding the best approach to treat your condition. A thorough examination will be performed on the initial visit to diagnose the specific cause of your pain. Dr. Stone will examine your past medical history, she may order imaging tests, such as an x-ray or MRI, to help diagnose the exact cause of your pain. All these procedures will help us create a treatment plan customized for you.
Treatments for Pain
Dr. Stone uses a combination of manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and other techniques as part of your treatment plan for pain. Modalities such as electric stimulation, ultrasound, and traction are other techniques that could also be used. Dr. Stone has over 15 years of experience in treating patients with sciatica, pelvic, shoulder, ankle, wrist and knee pain in addition to treating neck and back pain.
